Secure payments
NALVEN orders are paid through Shopify's secure checkout. The website uses an HTTPS connection with an active SSL certificate to protect data during browsing and payment.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment methods enabled for your country are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We do not promise specific methods that may not be available to every customer.
Order total and discounts
Before paying, you can review products, quantities, discounts and the total. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order in NALVEN's served markets.
Beware of suspicious messages
NALVEN never asks you to send full payment card details by email or chat. For order questions, email straluce@hotmail.com or use the Contact page.
