How to exercise your right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer from NALVEN, you may notify us of your withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. This also applies to discounted, sale and bundle items.

Returning the products
Returns address: Corso Europa 712, 16148 Genova (GE), Italy. Contact customer service first to confirm the address and instructions. Send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Items sent without a prior return request may not be accepted.
Condition of items and proof of purchase
Items should be returned in the condition received, unused, with tags and original packaging where possible, together with proof of purchase. You may examine and try on items as necessary to assess their nature, features and fit. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Return costs
For voluntary withdrawal, direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer and depend on the carrier and country of dispatch. For defective, non-conforming or incorrect products, statutory consumer protections apply.
Refund
For a valid withdrawal, refunds follow statutory deadlines, normally within 14 days of the notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. See Returns and refunds for full details.
