Prices and promotions
Prices are shown in the currency displayed for your market. The final total, including any automatic discounts, is shown in the cart and checkout before you confirm the purchase. Bundles may combine different items; discounts are applied according to the conditions shown in the order summary. Promotions may not be combined.
Payment methods
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout using an encrypted HTTPS connection. The payment methods actually available are shown at checkout. NALVEN will never ask you to send full card details by email or message.
Delivery
Standard shipping is free with no minimum order in the markets served by NALVEN. Delivery is estimated at 8–12 business days. See Shipping and delivery for details.
Returns, withdrawal and legal guarantee
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and the procedure described in Returns and refunds. For voluntary returns, direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except where the law requires the seller to pay them. Statutory conformity rights remain fully applicable.
